The day after Miles grew into a teenager, he was invited over to a friend’s house after school. There he met a classmate named Davina. They hit it off immediately.
I’m not sure I’ve ever had a teen romance before. (I’m not sure I ever bothered.) It was sweet. He invited her out to the park on a lovely fall day.

They shared their first kiss.

Back at his house, as the first snow of the season began to fall, she agreed to be his girlfriend.
They attended prom together, and he ended up with this wonderfully awkward prom photo as a souvenir.
Meanwhile, I was sending Logan all over the countryside collecting gems and stones. Oh I have such plans!
The winter’s first snow was so heavy that the game gave the kids a day off school for a snow day. Miles invited Davina over, and they made snowmen together in the yard.
(Hey kid, put on a sweater!)
“I’m a deer. Deer deer deer. That’s me. A deer. Just, you know, doing stuff. Deer stuff.”
The snow kept falling through the night, and the kids got the next day off from school as well. I sent them to the winter carnival, where Miles really killed it on the half pipe.
And Logan stayed outside for so long that he turned a bluish color from hypothermia. (I took pity on him and let him inside before he could freeze.)
Back at home, the snow was so deep that this happened to a visiting puppy.
Poor lil guy!
Unicorns are pretty in the snow. But you knew that already.
The next day the snow stopped falling and the skies cleared. It’s a good thing The Sims 3 doesn’t have car accidents, or this would be a problem.
Overnight, I discovered that Davina had aged up into a young adult. Miles still had several days to go, but I didn’t want him to lose his chance, so I went ahead and aged him up early.
Then I had him invite Davina out to a lovely neighborhood park. He had been wanting to go skating on a frozen pond with her. But by the time they got there, the pond was starting to thaw. Curses!
So I had him propose marriage to her instead.
Mega awwww!
The next day they held a Gift Giving Party, and for once I was able to get the timing right and pull it off.
Everyone got great gifts and was happy, except for this woman.
Who received…. I don’t know what.
I’d be unhappy with it too, though, I guess!
One of my sims has a life-time wish to adopt a unicorn, but I’ve never even seen one in the game! Where do I find one?
They show up in the middle of the night, something like a 20% chance each night, and they like lots with fishing ponds. At midnight, switch to map view and look for a glowy aurora effect, and there’s your unicorn.
They are adorable! Cant wait to see how things work out with them!

More likely it was just frog elixir, though. Blegh!
