I am finding Kirby to be a surprisingly “difficult” Sim. Even though she lacks any of the traits that you would typically associate with it, like Evil or Rebellious. Nevertheless, it seems like in any given situation, she always wants to do the wrong thing.
For example, as a werewolf she constantly has the urge to “Scratch Furniture.”

(At least I limit her to scratching the outdoor couch.)
As a teen, she was constantly itching to go out after curfew, and to sneak out when she was grounded. Which led her father to make faces like this:

To try and help channel her energy, and as an early birthday present, I built Kirby a dismal little exercise yard.

I like how the potted palm makes it look more dreary, not less.
Glitch of the Week: I visited Performance Park only to find, to my surprise, that it had spawned a crazy number of Proprietors.

Every single Sim in that shot is a Proprietor. It dragged rendering down to a crawl, so I deleted the park and then added a fresh copy. Hopefully that will do the trick.
After some initial success, Kirby’s relationship with Branch Timbley turned sour. Very sour.

She grew up into a surprisingly attractive adult, given her ugly genetic heritage. I just can’t get enough of those lovely silver eyes.

Given her personality and werewolfiness, I experimented with many outfits before I found one that I thought suited her attitude.

Grr!

At her birthday party, she initially hit it off with Argus Brown (another werewolf).

But after their initial romance, they fell out rather quickly. I’m not even really sure what happened – I switched over to another Sim for a few minutes, and when I came back, they were squabbling viciously.
Later I sent her out and about to meet some townies. She took a quick liking to Leroy Walters.

I did, too! He seems nice, and how can you not love that plunging 70s neckline?
I got nervous when his topic of conversation turned to this.

But Kirby took it well, so I guess it was a compliment.
Leroy left the bar unexpectedly, before they could finish their conversation. Curious, I sent her over to his house to follow up. At first, he seemed a little taken aback that she had showed up on his doorstep.

But she was totally into him.

And in very short order, they were Woo-Hooing in the shower! You naughty things.

After which, Kirby engaged in some “Stride of Pride.”

Things were going so well that I thought, What the heck. And asked her to propose.

Leroy was… a little surprised.

But he said yes!

After which, we had the most boring bachelorette party I have ever seen.

Next week there will be wedding bells. But where will they sleep? Should I build a new house? Or make Leroy and Kirby sleep on separate bunk beds? Should Kirby move into Leroy’s house? He’s rich; he has a huge mansion. I genuinely have not decided yet.
Let’s have a poll!

I think Leroy looks totally smarmy in the first picture. I can almost hear him saying, “Hey, baby, is it hot in here, or is it just you?”
That’s so funny Franz – my first thought was smarmy too!
Once I get my hands on him, I will definitely be adding lots of chest hair!
Crowding them all into the trailer sounds like the most amusing option, though moving Kirby into Leroy’s mansion also has its merits.
So far, “Move Kirby into the mansion” is leading by a wide margin. Which is funny, because it’s what I would have thought would be least popular. That’s why I love doing polls… I so often learn something new!
