It’s way too brilliantly sunny and hot to venture outside for a photo shoot right now. I decided to get caught up with the pictures inside instead. Which meant that my lovely assistant was instantly on the spot to give me a hand.
(My other lovely assistant has little interest in the camera. She doesn’t really know what it is, but she seems to find it disconcerting when I point it at her.
I’m pretty sure she never had her picture taken, in the 8 years before I took her in. Isn’t that an odd thought? A cat that lived her whole life without being photographed? Much less having her photo uploaded to the internet?)
#26 (rear), a small square in Silver Heather.
#27, a rectangle in Toffee.
#28, a large square in Linen.
#29, another rectangle in Toffee.
#30 and #31 (bottom of frame), small squares in Silver Heather and Beige respectively.
And finally, #32, a large square in Chocolate.
He’s pretty helpful as a photo assistant, isn’t he?!

Hmmmm, does he get payment (treats) for assisting?
He gets paid in skritches, with a pretty decent benefits package of Feline Greenies.
I love the detail on the chocolate square.
Also, I want scrunch those paws very very tight.
And the orange ear and rear!!
It took me a long time to learn how to take indoor photos without cats… (I still miss my little Ursula.)
Nothing like a little cat butt to bless the afghan.
I see your cats are like my cats. All up in your business and wanting to be petted. My son has become the same way whenever I sit down to crochet. He has literally sat on my yarn in my lap.
