I finished the turkey hat just under the wire (or so I thought). It turned out fairly well, given how little time I had to turn it around.
After I took the pictures on Saturday afternoon, I re-read the instructions more carefully. That is when I discovered that it wasn’t electronic submission. When they said they wanted “a photograph” they meant “a photograph” as my dad defines it. Meaning, “a physical piece of glossy paper with the photograph on it.”
Luckily there is a Kodak picture-printing kiosk at a nearby Walgreens. I had to wait half an hour for the picture to actually be printed (why?) but it turned out looking nice. Hopefully it will get there on time!
