Cowl Fever Is Persistent, Like Malaria

I caught Cowl Fever from a friend last January, and it’s still working its way through my system.

In this latest bout, I’m basically re-knitting something I knit earlier this summer as a gift. I liked it so much that I decided to knit another one for myself – exact same pattern; exact same yarn.

This is the Lava Flow Cowl, but with more stitches to make it wider.

And a shot of the kind of high-tech tracking system for which we knitters are justifiably famous.

More Pictures About Town. Here’s a shot of the old Hotel Planter. The town’s book store is in the little red place just past it, right on the corner.

Isn’t La Conner just adorable?

In other news, Norma is leading the charge to help get a service dog for Toby.
