(Is that how you spell a karate chop noise? I really don’t know.)
Pelikan’s Lifetime Wish was to become a martial arts master. Well then you’d better get to it, girl!
Meanwhile, upstairs, Olivia encounters a cheese plate in the kitchen. Oddly enough, I make this exact same expression when I find free cheese.
Pelikan was meditating away one afternoon…
When she leveled up with the meditation skill, enough to “zeneport” herself to a new location! When you zeneport, first you swirl green and lift off the floor…
Then you magically appear at your new destination!
It would be a great time-saver, except that you have to meditate for like an hour and a half before you can zeneport. Oh well.
While all this nonsense was going on, back at home I am sad to report that Death came for Klango. (I mean, again.)
I could have exited without saving but honestly, I was getting a little tired of having him around. It’s a lot of work to keep a Sim alive forever in Sims 3! Nevertheless, he will be missed.
The next day I sent Pelikan to Shang Simla, in order to spar with opponents and boost her martial arts skill. Check out her fighting face!
She won all of her matches. Way to go!
On her last day in China, she met a handsome stranger named Youssef Nagi.
They flirted up a storm, but once she returned home, she was unable to invite him over by phone. Not sure what the deal is with that. I mean, if you sleep with a guy, surely your relationship score would be high enough to invite him over, right?!
