Raspberry Jell-O, mini marshmallows, coconut, canned crushed pineapple, and canned mandarin orange slices. It turned out pretty well, except that the bottom-most layer is the one that set the least. Which gives it a regrettable tendency to squoodge around the plate at the slightest touch.
Sadly, eating it did not make me younger. It did make me feel sparkly, but that was probably just the sugar.
Next time: Eggs Machiavellian!
Just kidding. Who wants a fried egg plus three fried slices of watermelon? Gross.
Anyway, continuing the fun I had last week, I made a blue topaz crystal skull. Neat, right?
I also sent Olivia off to France several times before I realized that character aging stops when you go to another country. I call this “the Narnia problem.” For example, in Sims 2 your Sim would go off to college for four years, but when they came home, they had only been gone a day.
Olivia took a shine to harvesting grapes and making nectar. She rolled a wish for a Gardening-related Lifetime Wish. (Grow 10 perfect vegetables, something like that.)
Eventually Klango hit paydirt by creating a Septarian Nodule crystal skull which was worth §18,500. (Just in time too, because the family funds had bottomed out.) Olivia was finally able to buy a nectar still for their home.
While she waited for the nectar to finish distilling, Klango helped her with her homework.
And the mayor was Kung-Fu fighting! That dude is fast as lightning.
Klango continues to turn out some really odd paintings.
Around this time, their house was burglarized. The cops actually showed up in time to catch the burglar, which is a first. Usually they’re too busy arresting kids out after curfew.
That night, Mandy died. Her last thought was of Olivia.
However, she was armed with a Death Flower in her inventory! She handed it to the Grim Reaper, who was touched by her gift.
And restored her to life!
Then she, Nick, and Death had a nice chat.
This house is going to get crowded fast if people don’t start properly dying!
For Olivia’s graduation to adulthood, I gave her some new hair (black with blue on the tips) and a sassy-yet-practical adventurer’s outfit.
She’s ready for action!
