Such clever sock parts

Man, I must feel better, because I am blogging and tweeting up a storm today, across four different things.

Aren’t you glad you’re only subjected to my enthusiasm via the internet, and not in person?

I can be a lot to handle in person.

I accept this, but there is little I can do to change it.

At any rate, I had a lot of down time over the last few days. And by “down time” I mean “time when I could not play video games for various reasons.” I had two lengthy power outages, plus several hours when I had to re-download Mass Effect 2 in order to get it reinstalled. Ugh.

OOPS I said no more video game talk on this blog SORRY not sorry.

The up side is, I’m almost done with the first Surprise! sock.

I am in love with this toe-up heel flap. It’s a lot like the flap on the Baudelaire sock which I used to use, but it has fewer steps. What’s not to love?

Like my life, yours is interspersed with vid games. So what? it’s you!!

I love toe-up heel flap socks. Such a win, since short-row heels just don’t work for my goofy feet…

I have the same problem… in fact I probably need to figure out how to make the heel flap a little wider, although my mind boggles a little whenever I try to work out the geometry there.
